After gaining 2-3 years of business management experience in London, he joined the construction industry in 2012. With over a More than a decade of expertise, Mr. Panchamia specializes in land acquisition, development planning, business development, and redevelopment projects. He is highly skilled in understanding and navigating governmental procedures related to plan approvals, ensuring seamless project execution. After gaining valuable experience over 26+ Projects with Bhoomi Group , he co-founded Pancham Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. in 2019. His strategic vision and expertise have been pivotal in successfully delivering 200000+ Sqft residential and commercial projects across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane

Mr. Paresh Panchamia, a visionary leader from the Jain community, began his entrepreneurial journey in the chemical business in 1980, with a specialization of Chemical Lubricant Oil and Additives and also being dealer of Indian Oil, established a strong foundation of success. . In 2005, he ventured into the real estate sector, collaborating with Bhoomi Group to develop several notable projects under a unified flagship. Recognizing the potential for independent growth, he established Pancham Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. in 2019 as his own flagship company. With over 20 years of extensive experience in construction, Mr. Panchamia has successfully completed and delivered both residential and commercial projects, earning a reputation for excellence and reliability in the real estate industry.

Mr. Ajit Panchamia, an ambitious leader aged 36, is a Business Management graduate from Middlesex University, London. After gaining 2-3 years of business management experience in London, he entered the construction industry in 2012. With over More than a decade of experience, Mr. Panchamia specializes in construction management, material procurement, contractor and vendor management, accounts management, and project delivery. He began his career in real estate with Rashmi Developers, where he gained extensive hands-on experience over 27+ Projects. In 2019, he co-founded Pancham Buildcon Pvt. Ltd., where his operational expertise and meticulous approach have been key to successfully completing almost 200000 +Sqft residential and commercial projects in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane
